Music Brings Community Together

The Hackney Community Orchestra (HCO) stands out as a shining example of successful community collaboration! Meeting weekly at Bridge Academy, the orchestra has grown significantly since 2017, now boasting over 60 members, and welcomes musicians of all abilities, from beginners to experienced players, creating a truly inclusive musical environment. 

Open to musicians of all ages, the orchestra provides a unique opportunity for local residents to connect through music. 

Rehearsals take place every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, culminating in two annual concerts at the school and several performances a year at various Hackney venues.
